Impact Report 24-25
We’re pleased to share our first Impact Report. When we certified as a B Corp last year, we made a commitment to transparency and to sharing our annual progress.
This report reflects on the past 12 months, shares our current score, and outlines each impact area, highlighting the changes we’ve made and what we hope to achieve over the next year.
The greatest impact of becoming a B Corp so far has been internal. It has helped us clarify and amplify the values we want to champion—from sustainability and accountability to team wellbeing and inclusivity.
Externally, awareness of B Corp within our sector is still growing. While our certification currently sets us apart, we welcome the increasing interest and hope that by sharing our report, we inspire curiosity and encourage others to join the movement.
Since certifying, we’ve had deeper conversations, made more thoughtful decisions, and set goals for the future of our practice.
